The story behind the method

I started selling real estate in Bend, Oregon on January 1, 2017.

Nine years and 200 closings later I do not run a single ad. I do not buy a single lead. I do not cold call.

My business runs on three pillars I built and refined every year I have been in the industry. A referral engine fed by past clients. A YouTube channel. Open houses run as community presence.

There was a moment about four years in when I noticed something. The deals that closed easy, paid well and turned into more deals were coming from one place. Past clients. People who already knew me, already trusted me and already had skin in my career.

I stopped chasing strangers and started building a system around that one truth. The numbers got better every year after that.

In 2024 I earned a Tier 1 SUCCESS Coach certification. Identity first, neuroscience based. The framework gave me the language for why the system worked. The biology of state. The architecture of identity. The design of habit. Science behind the practice.

Who is teaching you

Built a real estate career on the methodology I teach.

I started selling real estate in Bend, Oregon in January 2017. Since then I have closed over 200 transactions. The business runs on three pillars I built and refined over those nine years: a referral engine fed by past clients, a YouTube channel, and open houses run as community presence. The Repeat Method is those three pillars stacked on top of a SUCCESS coaching foundation, organized into a methodology I teach.

What makes this different is the foundation. I hold a Tier 1 SUCCESS Coach certification, an identity first, neuroscience based coaching framework. I combine that with the lived experience of 200 plus closings in a competitive market. Science plus practice. Identity first, then strategy.

I do not coach agents inside Central Oregon. The agents I teach do not compete with me for my clients. The geographic exclusion is a brand promise.

Attend every one of the six live sessions. Do the homework between each one. Submit your Repeat Operating System binder at the end of week six.

If you do not walk out with a system you would defend in front of any agent in the country, I refund every dollar.

I am putting the entire investment behind the work. Show up, do the reps and if the methodology has not delivered the system I promised, you get your money back.

Applications open August 4 and close August 25. The early access list opens applications a full day before the public sees them. That is how a $997 cohort fills in 21 days.

Questions you are likely asking

Read these before you apply.

When does cohort 1 start and end?
Cohort 1 runs Tuesday September 8 through Tuesday October 13, 2026. Each session is 90 minutes on Zoom at 12pm Pacific Time. Six sessions total. Recordings are pinned in the cohort community within 24 hours.
What is the investment for the beta cohort?
$997 paid in full or three monthly payments of $367. The beta price is the lowest the program will ever be. Cohort 2 moves to $1,500. Public price starts at $1,997.
What if the cohort does not deliver?
The Show Up Guarantee covers you. Attend all six live sessions, do the homework between each one and submit your Repeat Operating System binder at the end of week six. If you do not walk out with a system you would defend in front of any agent in the country, you get a full refund. The guarantee only honours agents who actually showed up. Skip a session or skip a homework block and the guarantee resets.
What if I cannot make a live session?
All sessions are recorded and pinned in the cohort community within 24 hours. The expectation is that you make every live session because the workshop and hot seat blocks only work live. Missing one session is recoverable. Missing two is not.
Why eight agents and not 20 or 50?
Eight is the size that allows three hot seats per session (10 minutes each) on rotation. Every agent gets two hot seats across the six weeks. Bigger rooms turn into lectures. This program is a workshop, not a lecture.
I am brand new. Should I apply?
No. The first 12 months of the business is a different problem (lead generation, basic transaction confidence, building any business at all). This program assumes you have a book of past clients to work with. Come back at the 18 month mark.
Why do you not coach agents in Bend or Central Oregon?
My real estate practice is in Bend. I will not coach agents I would compete with for clients. That exclusion is part of the brand promise. Every agent in the room knows I am not also chasing their listings on the side.
What happens after I get on the early access list?
You get the free Referral Starter Kit when it ships in June. A short email series follows over the next several weeks. When applications open on August 4 you get first look and a direct application link before the public sales page goes live.
What if I am not a fit after I apply?
Application takes 15 minutes. If the fit is not right I tell you within 48 hours and point you toward better resources. No hard sell. The cohort works because everyone in the room belongs there.
